Story of Delooni Home Service App from the Perspective of the UI & UX
At RichestSoft, creating the UI and UX of the Delooni Home Service App was a design process that stemmed from understanding people’s needs, experiences, and the drive to improve people’s daily routines. Our research, design, and passion ensured that we were able to design a platform that made the identification of home services and the booking of such services as seamless as possible.
Our approach was based on understanding users’ needs and the difficulties they face in finding reliable home service. Every action was designed to initiate a flow—from the search, selection, the process of actually booking, and payment. As a result, it is possible to have an interesting and minimalistic application that changes users’ communication with providers.
While our focus is to deliver superior usability, it is not founded on the mere aesthetic appeal of what we produce. It embraces utility, convenience and satisfaction of the users, thus converting Delooni from an application to an assistant to manage home services.
